Al West Jr. is a St. Louis-born and Chicago-bred vocalist with a silky voice and uplifting vibe. Straddling worlds of both classic and contemporary jazz , his sentimental music easily moves from intimate lounge setting to larger performance halls.
With his relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio, Al has performed with many different artists in a variety of settings. He has been a hit from the coffee house to the nursing home. The Al West Trio has most recently performed a Jazz Club Cafe Vivace , featuring Cincinnati jazz legends Phil DeGreg and Aaron Jacobs.
